Vikashni is a qualified educator with a wealth of experience, skills, and a genuine passion for leading with empathy, particularly in working with Pasifika and Māori learners. She is also an advocate of living one’s values and being honest to oneself and others.
Currently, Vikashni is on an exciting learning journey as she completes her final papers for a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and begins her writing career. As a Pasifika, she lives the Pasifika worldviews and values, and recognizes the transformative power of education in bringing about social change and fostering hope for all.
With her expertise as a coach and mentor, Vikashni empowers both young and experienced teachers and adults to engage in self-reflection and evaluate themselves as individuals and professionals. This collaborative approach enables her coachees to enhance their skills and grow both personally and professionally.
Although Vikashni is embarking on a new venture as an author and researcher, she is dedicated to the growth and development of her clients. She devotes herself to their progress and selects research and resource materials thoughtfully for her own continuous learning.
