What is the purpose of education? What is it like to be an educator? A leader? Or a coach?

There comes a time when we recognize the potential to go beyond our ordinary selves and embrace a more powerful and purposeful approach to life. During these moments, we feel inspired to share our knowledge and skills with the wider community, aiming to create positive social change in the lives of our others.

With a service-minded perspective, I created this website as a platform to share my learning, experiences, thoughts and perspectives on two key ideas that matter the most to me – education and humanity. This website serves as a repository of resources, thoughts, and insights, accessible to others who are on their own educational journeys, and personal/professional journeys.

At the heart of our exploration lies the question: What is the true purpose of education? We delve into this inquiry and seek to unravel the essence of being an educator, a leader, or a coach. Through thought-provoking discussions and shared experiences, we aim to shed light on the multifaceted nature of these roles. Education and leadership are multifaceted: we believe in what we see as right and purposeful. An effective educator and a purposeful leader will go beyond this definition of theirs and seek how they can lead with a purpose.
